Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, verification requirements, holidays, or carrier delays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Vital Peptide Formulas currently ships to eligible locations within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We do not guarantee delivery to locations where the purchase, possession, importation, or use of specific research compounds may be restricted. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Vital Peptide Formulas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs or regulatory holds, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Vital Peptide Formulas is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
