1. Research-Use Product Notice

All products sold by Vital Peptide Formulas are intended strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and investigational purposes only.

Our products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, injection, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or treatment of any condition.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

3. Return Eligibility

6. Refunds

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

7. Replacements

If a replacement is approved, we will provide instructions and ship the replacement to the original shipping address or another approved address.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we may not be able to issue a refund. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier when appropriate. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect future order eligibility.
